Reservation Confirmation:
Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
You will immediately receive a booking confirmation email from Elite Exams. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information during the booking process to receive important updates and notifications.

Effective 28 August 2024. At Elite Exams, we strive to provide the highest quality of exam preparation and support for all our members. To ensure that our resources are used effectively and that all candidates receive the best possible experience, we have implemented a new policy regarding the booking of mock exams close to actual exam dates.
Booking Window:
New bookings: Mocks booked within two (2) weeks of the candidate's scheduled exam date are subject to special conditions due to the proximity of the actual exam.
Returning Elite Customers: Elite members who have undertaken previous tutorials, mocks or coaching are exempted and welcome to book extra sessions anytime.
Cancellation Clause: Any mock exam booked within this two-week window will be cancelled by Elite Exams.
Refund Policy: A refund will be processed for the cancelled mock exam. However, please note that a 10% deduction will be applied to cover administrative and bank transaction fees. This fee will be deducted from the total amount paid before the refund is issued.
Notification: Candidates who book a mock within this restricted time frame will receive an email notification regarding the cancellation and the refund process.
Considerations: If you believe your situation warrants an exception to this policy, please contact us immediately. We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact us if you will be late or unable to attend a session. Consider rescheduling ahead of time.
Each session will start promptly, and cancelled if no show after 15 mins. No refunds will be provided for no-show bookings.
Rescheduling Requests: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule your booking. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to check availability and make arrangements.
If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us before the scheduled session, course, or event. Rescheduling requests made may be subject to availability and cancellation fees, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated via email to our administrators. Please include your booking details, reason for cancellation or rescheduling, and preferred alternative dates or times, if applicable.
Rescheduling Fees: Depending on the timing of your rescheduling request and the availability of alternative dates or times, rescheduling fees may apply. Please review the rescheduling policy outlined for each booking at the time of purchase.
Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within a specified period before the scheduled session, course, or event may be subject to additional fees or restrictions. We recommend contacting us at your earliest convenience to explore rescheduling options.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel your booking. Please contact us if affected by extenuating life circumstances.
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the scheduled session, course, or event: No refunds will be provided.
Cancellation between 2 to 4 weeks before the scheduled date: A 50% refund will be issued, excluding bank transaction fees.
Cancellation between 4 week and above, before the scheduled date: A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund, excluding bank transaction fees.
Cancel Online or contact our administrators via email to initiate the cancellation or rescheduling process.
Acceptable Reasons for a Refund.
1. Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card:
A FULL refund is applicable for credit/debit card payments if your card was used fraudulently. We will require proof and bank letters as evidence of fraud.
2. Illegal or Unauthorised Use.
Refunds are applicable for any illegal or non-approved/non-sanctioned use of your credit/debit card or billing information.
3. Double Payment.
Refunds are applicable for any double payments are made and confirmed by Elite Exams.
The double payment must occur within fifteen (15) days of the original payment.
4. Refunds:
Refund requests will be made within seven (7) days of the original payment date.
Note: All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Elite Exams.
Refunds will be processed according to the original method of payment.
5. Bank Transaction Fees: Please note that any bank transaction fees incurred during refunds or cancellations will be borne by the participant and deducted from the refund amount
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above, please submit an official request by email with the relevant details and documentation. WhatsApp Requests will not be acknowledged or acted upon.

Changes To Your Booking
In the unlikely event that Elite Exams needs to cancel or reschedule a session, course, or event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue full refund of all fees.
