Day 1:
Information Request

This theme will teach trainees how to effectively communicate complex medical information, ensuring patients and their families understand their conditions and care plans.

Day 2:
Domestic Abuse

Address the identification and management of domestic abuse cases. Trainees will develop skills in sensitive communication, risk assessment, and creating safety plans for affected patients.

Day 3:
DNACPR Request

Cover the ethical and practical aspects of DNACPR requests, sharing principles of DNACPR decisions with patients and families, ensuring clarity and compassion.

Day 4:
Dealing with Angry Patient

Effectively manage consultations with angry or complaining patients. Trainees will learn techniques to de-escalate situations, address concerns, and maintain professionalism.

Day 5:
Handling Results Case

Trainees will practice delivering and discussing medical results with patients, focusing on clear communication, empathy, and appropriate follow-up actions.

Day 6:
Pregnancy Case

Cover the management of pregnancy-related consultations, including antenatal care, addressing complications, and providing support for expectant mothers.
