What is included in the membership? Full access to our video library, SCA question bank cases, consultation guides and phrases, portfolio support templates — WBPA, QIA and reflections — and downloadable eBooks and workbooks. Everything is self-paced with no live sessions. How much does it cost, and how do I cancel? £19/month. No contract, no lock-in. Cancel anytime through your account settings. When does access start? Instantly — as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can access the portal on any device, including desktop, mobile and tablet. Does membership include coaching or mocks? No. These are separate products. However, current members receive £20 off any mock bookings. For coaching, a discount is already applied, based on the number of hours booked. What is the refund policy? Refunds are only granted for double payments or requests made within 24 hours of purchase, at the sole discretion of Elite Exams. What SCA coaching packages do you offer? We offer three packages — a single 1-hour session at £200, a short block of 2–4 hours at £180 per hour, and a full block of 6–12 hours at £150 per hour. All sessions are delivered 1-to-1 with Dr Omosefe via Zoom. Does coaching include membership access? The 2–4 hour and 6–12 hour coaching blocks include 1 month Elite ClearPass membership access. The single 1-hour session does not include membership. How do I book coaching? Complete the coaching request form. Pay securely to confirm your place. Dr Omosefe will contact you within 24 hours with available dates. What is the coaching cancellation policy? Sessions cancelled more than two weeks before the booked date are fully refundable. Sessions cancelled within two weeks of the booked date are non-refundable. You may transfer your session to a future date at no extra charge — contact us as early as possible. How are sessions delivered? All coaching sessions are delivered via Zoom. Use a laptop or desktop for the best experience. Check your camera and microphone before joining. Will my session be recorded? Yes. All sessions are recorded. You will receive access to the recording and written feedback notes within 24–48 hours. What schedule options are available? You can choose intensive sessions — 2 to 3 times per week — or a steady pace of once weekly to give yourself time to practise and improve between sessions.

What mock sessions do you offer? We offer 1-to-1 mocks and group mocks. A simulated SCA exam under timed, exam-styled conditions via Zoom. Cases are carefully selected and matched to the SCA blueprint. Detailed feedback is given immediately after the mock. How does a group mock work? One participant (mock candidate) acts as the candidate throughout. The rest act as role-players and observers — learning from the session as they go. The mock candidate books and pays for the whole group and provides names and emails of all participants. How do I book a mock? Complete the mock request form on our website, select your preferred date, and pay to confirm. Flexible scheduling is available — weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
