- 01How do I confirm a booking? All bookings — coaching and mock sessions — are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Submitting a request form does not guarantee a booking until payment is completed. How quickly will I hear back after booking? Dr Omosefe will confirm your booking and contact you with session details within 24 hours of payment being received. How do group mock bookings work? One person completes the booking form and pays for the whole group. They must provide the full name and email address of every participant at the time of booking. Maximum group sizes apply — 4 participants for a 3-case mock, 7 participants for a 6-case mock.
- 02What is the cancellation policy for coaching and mock sessions? Sessions cancelled more than two weeks before the booked date are fully refundable. Sessions cancelled within two weeks of the booked date are non-refundable. Can I transfer my session to another date? Yes. You may transfer your booking to a future available date at no extra charge. Please contact us as early as possible to arrange this. Can I transfer my session to another doctor? No. Booked sessions are not transferable. What if Dr Omosefe needs to reschedule? In the unlikely event that Dr Omosefe is unable to attend your session, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date — whichever you prefer. How do I cancel my membership? You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- 03When are refunds granted? Refunds are only granted in the following circumstances — a double payment has been charged in error, or a refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase. All refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Elite Exams. Are membership payments refundable? Membership payments are non-refundable beyond the 24-hour window, except in the case of a double payment. We encourage all members to review the membership features and terms before purchasing. How do I request a refund? Email support@eliteexams.co.uk (mailto:support@eliteexams.co.uk)or WhatsApp +44 7493 206341 with your full name, registered email address, and booking details. We will review your request and respond within 24-72 hours.
- 04What does membership include? Membership gives you full access to the Elite Exams online portal — including the video library, SCA question bank cases, consultation guides, portfolio support templates, and downloadable resources. No live sessions are included. When does access start? Access is granted instantly upon payment confirmation. You can log in immediately. Is there a minimum commitment? No. Membership is monthly with no minimum commitment. Cancel anytime. What happens if my payment fails? If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry automatically. If payment cannot be collected, your membership access will be paused until payment is updated. You will be notified by email.

- 06Can I share my login with others? No. Membership is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or attempting to bring someone else to your session is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund. What devices can I use? The portal is accessible on any device — desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile. We recommend a laptop or desktop for the best experience, particularly for coaching and mock sessions. What if I have a technical issue? Email support@eliteexams.co.uk (mailto:support@eliteexams.co.uk)or WhatsApp +44 7493 206341 with your name, registered email, and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all technical issues within 24 hours.
- 07Who owns the content on Elite Exams? All content on the Elite Exams platform — including videos, consultation guides, case materials, workbooks, and templates — is the intellectual property of Elite Exams. Unauthorised copying, sharing, reproducing, or distributing of any content is strictly prohibited. Can I share resources with colleagues? No. All materials are licensed for individual use only. Each user must have their own membership. Sharing content outside the platform is a breach of these terms. Can I record my coaching or mock sessions? Sessions are recorded by Elite Exams for your own review. You may not record, share, or publish any session content without the express written permission of Elite Exams.
- 08Does Elite Exams guarantee I will pass the SCA? No. Elite Exams is an educational platform designed to support your SCA preparation. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or exam pass. Your results depend on your own effort, practice, and application of the learning. Is Elite Exams affiliated with the RCGP? No. Elite Exams is an independent education provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP).
- 09How is my personal data handled? Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. How do I contact Elite Exams?
