How to Use This Course

• Take it one day at a time. Don’t rush — each module builds habits for your training.

• Practice aloud. Role-play and reflection are more powerful than just reading.

• Use a notebook. Jot down your own consultation tasks, learning, reflections, or action points.

• Revisit lessons. The more you practice, the more natural it becomes. It is free and can be used as a refresher.
