Cancellation Policy

Please contact us if affected by extenuating life circumstances. 1. Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the scheduled session, course, or event: No refunds will be provided. 2. Cancellation between 2 to 4 weeks before the scheduled date: A 50% refund will be issued, excluding bank transaction fees. 3. Cancellation between 4 week and above, before the scheduled date: A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund, excluding bank transaction fees.
